Are you ready to book your next eye exam? To book a full, adult eye exam, please use our online booking link.

For all other appointments, including children’s exams, diagnostic exams, diabetic exams, post- or pre-operative exams, contact lens exams, or 1-year contact lens health check, please call our office or fill out our online request form here.

Explore Our Patient Portal

To make booking future appointments easy for you and your family, we invite you to create a patient profile. 

You can add family members to your patient profile after you’ve logged in, and include information, such as whether or not you wear or are interested in contacts, so that our team can ensure that the correct appointment type is selected for you. 

If you are a new user, you can create a profile either before or after booking your appointment. If you already have a username and password, simply enter them when asked.

OUR LOCATION

Maple Ridge Eye Care is located on the corner of Dewdney Trunk Road and 230 Street, directly across from the Tim Hortons. Parking is available in the lot directly behind our practice. If you have any questions or are having trouble finding us, please give us a call!
