Book Appointment

At Maple Ridge Eye Care, we are committed to ensuring that you’re happy with any purchase you make with us. We stand behind all the products we sell and extend all manufacturers’ warranties to our customers.

EYEWEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Please keep in mind that your eyes may take time to adjust to your new lenses, especially if your prescription has changed. However, if for any reason, the vision provided by our lenses does not meet your expectations, please let us know. Simply bring them in to us within 2 months of purchase and we will happily replace them with a new pair of lenses of equal or lesser value at no extra charge.

If a re-examination is required, the $65 exam fee will be waived. This is especially useful for first time progressive lens wearers, high prescriptions and astigmatism lenses.

ALSO INCLUDED WITH YOUR EYEWEAR PURCHASE

  1. Professional frame adjustments for the life of your glasses. This complimentary service ensures the continued optimal fit, vision and comfort of your glasses.
  2. Complimentary nose pad replacements. The oils in the skin discolour the nose pads and break down the material after six to twelve months.
  3. A warranty on manufacturers’ defects on both the frame and the lenses. See below.

On regular retail lenses, excluding sale items or special packages, we provide a 1 to 2-year warranty (manufacturer dependent) on all lens coatings against scratches and manufacturer’s defects. After 1 year, a $55 shipping and handling fee is applied.
