Over 75 Years of Service in Maple Ridge

We’re proud to serve our local community. Maple Ridge Eye Care has been working in the community for decades to care for people’s eye health and vision. Along the way, we became passionate about helping others in need.

This past May we were so proud to celebrate our 75th anniversary in Maple Ridge! Thank you to all our loyal patients who joined us at our anniversary Open House to celebrate with our Maple Ridge Eye Care team, enjoy free tacos with us and win some amazing prizes provided by our suppliers.

We understand the importance of giving back to the people who support us. We are active both locally and to a broader base of need, by supporting charities like the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation and the CNIB, which provides community-based support for Canadians who are blind or partially sighted. We’re also proud donors of the Fighting Blindness Canada Move for Sight, which takes place each year in June. This event helps to raise critical funds and awareness for vision treatments, research and education across Canada. This year, we donated $1,000 towards this successful fundraiser.

This past October, we were pleased to once again support the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation’s annual Gala by donating Tiffany sunwear to the silent auction and contributing $3,000 in additional support to the evening. We also continued our annual tradition of providing the Hospital Foundation with a $1,000 sponsorship towards the #LoveYourFoundation week at Ridge Meadows Hospital, which recognizes and celebrates the work of all the hospital staff, volunteers and doctors.

Our involvement with these charitable organizations reflects our deep gratitude to the community that has supported us throughout our journey and our commitment to further enhance and improve the health and eye health of the local community and Canada as a whole.
